The problem

Small shops juggle five tools to run one counter.

Independent and multi-branch retailers typically stitch together a till, a spreadsheet for stock, an invoicing tool and an accountant's separate books. Stock runs out without warning, and nobody sees the real numbers until month-end.

The approach

One product, clean architecture, built fast.

We designed AZ POS as a multi-tenant SaaS on a .NET 10 Clean Architecture backend with a React 19 front end. AI-assisted development let one engineer ship a product that would normally need a team — with plan-based feature unlocks via Stripe and country-specific settings.

The outcome

From the till to the balance sheet, in one place.

Shops sell, restock and report from a single system. Stock forecasting flags items before they run out and suggests reorder quantities, and the books are always up to date because every sale posts straight to double-entry accounting.
