The site describes our services and work. It is general information, not professional advice, and not an offer to supply services. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement between us.
The AI demo
The “Try it now” demo produces an automatically generated sketch. It may be incomplete or wrong, and it is not a quote, proposal or commitment. Please don't enter confidential or personal information. To keep the demo available to everyone, we limit how often it can be used and may switch it off at any time.
Using the site properly
You agree not to:
- attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
- use the contact form, newsletter or demo to send spam or for anything unlawful;
- collect content from the site in bulk by automated means; or
- misrepresent yourself or your organisation when contacting us.
Intellectual property
The site's content, design and the Azed AI name and logo belong to Azed Limited. You may view and share pages for your own information, but not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission. Other names and trademarks shown belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
We're not responsible for the content or practices of websites we link to.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or the demo. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that can't be excluded by contract.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
